With more than 25 years’ industry experience, our Director Terence Mc Nicol has a wealth of knowledge, that elevates Intelligent Engineering as a leader in the field. Terence’s specialised knowledge enables us to design each chassis template from scratch with meticulous attention to detail and care, ensuring that our products exceed customer expectations.

Philip Spry, a joint director of Intelligent Engineering and a partner at Mawson Group Pty Ltd, lends his expertise in financial accounting and management strategy to our organisation. His invaluable experience has been instrumental in driving Intelligent Engineering’s impressive growth trajectory.
“We have a very close relationship with [our] suppliers, they often come out and we take them around the factory. I do all the supply chain and make sure we have enough stock to be ahead by about four or five weeks. We try to keep everything as smooth as possible, so everyone can keep working as easy as possible, and production can keep going.”
As our Production Planner, Didar plays a critical role in ensuring all aspects of our chassis production are taken care of. Didar manages all scheduling and ensures we have the materials and equipment we need available for efficient build times, while ensuring quality.

Amir’s role at Intelligent Engineering includes managing and overseeing all aspects of assembly, ensuring each of his team members is on track for efficient and quality builds. He says: “Working with Intel is amazing. They’re very sensitive about the culture of the factory and the people that they employ.”
“Intel helps with training and development, and we have rotations, so people have the opportunity to learn different skills. The environment is tidy and clean, and all the people are like a family. It’s also a bit of a challenge too because it’s not the same every day.”
Cindy is the friendly face that will greet you at the Intelligent Engineering front office. She assists in the efficient management of our accounts and follows up with any finance related enquiries. Cindy also manages any general enquiries or appointments booked with managers or directors.
