Unlike cars, most caravan/chassis manufacturers don’t include a service logbook. The team at Intelligent Engineering understand the value of correctly and regularly servicing your chassis, so we have included a service log book for you. We encourage you to follow this closely as it will maintain your warranty, and will ensure you travel safely.

Every case of accident damage is different to the last. It’s important that you contact the selling dealership of your caravan to have the damage assessed, or you can contact us here – warranties@intelengineering.com.au

While it’s important to maintain the servicing obligation of your caravan chassis during its warranty period, this must be done by a qualified technician or service centre. Completing tasks yourself or having your chassis serviced by a non-certified party, can risk voiding your warranty.

Its important to contact your selling dealership and notify them of exactly what has happened. Document everything, including photos of the event.
